Add veggies wherever you can

Veggies are fucking amazing powerhouses of vitamins and minerals we can't live without, so why not sneak them in wherever possible? Spinach, zucchini, onions, and peppers are so easy to incorporate into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, so why not use the fuck outta them? I like to add onions, green pepper, and spinach to eggs in an omelette, frittata, or scrambled. Mmm fucking good. An easy way to get veggies into lunch is by adding lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, and cucumbers to sandwiches. I find that some spreadable cheese is great with celery and baby carrots as a snack. Recently I threw onions, zucchini, and spinach into a tomato based vodka sauce for dinner to give it more healthy shit and more substance. It don't matter how you do it, just do it! Your family will be healthier and you'll feel quite accomplished too. So add kale and cabbage to soups, peppers to rice dishes, and spinach to everything! You can't go wrong adding veggies to your dishes. Use your imagination. I do and it turns out well, so happy cooking my foul mouthed friends!
